SprintKit provides a web application with user authentication, subscription management, and various productivity features. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • One person per account; sharing accounts is not allowed

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the software

All content, features, and functionality of SprintKit are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SprintKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
